I had an amazing two nights in the Tiny Single Room with canal view, where the fresh-baked croissants every morning were a highlight, and the cozy decor. It was so nice to relax in the hotel gardens and enjoy the complimentary cava wine in the evening. Just a heads up, my room was a bit compact, but it didn't take away from the overall experience 😊

Unique hotel and particularly good location in the Gallery overlooking the canal. Well decorated and stylish rooms with imaginative decor and attentive staff. A laptop-compatible safe, a minibar and central heating were nice. Location very close to Amsterdam city center, bars and restaurants, and Dam Square, canals, shops and restaurants. Very relaxing overall experience.

Couple's Retreat, Best Stay Ever!

We had our 51st wedding anniversary celebrated right there! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast room had amazing healthy food, just like they understood what we needed.

It wasn't exactly cheap! But totally worth it.

The location of boutique hotel the craftsmen is amazing, right in the center with shops, restaurants, and cafes just steps away. Our double room with a canal view was fine and super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful!

The double room with canal view was awesome. Had air conditioning and a fancy hairdryer. Loved the private bathroom with a great shower and nice toiletries. The breakfast was perfect. They served mini pancakes and fresh juices right to my room! Location was fab, lots of local shops and cafes around.

The pastries lacked freshness and the coffee wasn't up to par. For a more satisfying start to the day, I recommend exploring local cafés. The location is unbeatable!

The location of Boutique Hotel The Craftsmen rocked. Right in the heart of Amsterdam, with shops and cafes just steps away. My room, a Signature Room with canal view, looked fine and felt super comfy. Breakfast had a decent variety. Friendly staff made it enjoyable. I appreciated the thoughtful decor and the personal touch with the champagne for my wedding anniversary. There were some letdowns, though. For the price, I expected more in-room amenities. The fridge felt sparse beyond the champagne. Breakfast pastries tasted factory-made. The low-fat yogurt was bland. Room service took a bit longer than I hoped. Just a few details like better coffee and more snacks would have taken it from good to great.

The staff provided friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. The Signature Room with canal view we stayed in was charming, and the unique nook was a good touch for the kids. Breakfast options were diverse and delicious. Enjoying fresh pastries in our room made mornings special. The city view from our room added a romantic vibe that we genuinely appreciated.

Housekeeping could have been a bit more attentive regarding towel replenishment.
